Why Teamcubate exists

We know the hiring challenge from the inside.

Teamcubate began with a problem its founders had lived themselves. Entrepreneurs Niels Thimmer and Marc Lucas were building companies and struggled to find the right technology talent. They solved that challenge for their own teams, then set out to help other growing businesses do the same.

That founder’s perspective still shapes our work: understand the business first, get to know the people behind it, and build a hiring setup around what will actually help the company move forward.
